The Houston Rockets have finally parted ways with Carmelo Anthony trading the 10-time, All-Star along with cash considerations to the Chicago Bulls. The Rockets, for two months now have been looking for a trade partner for the 34-year-old forward. Carmelo Anthony hasn’t played since Houston’s loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder on Nov. 8, where Anthony in particular had one of his worst games.
According to various sources, the Chicago Bulls also will not be keeping Anthony for long, most likely waiving him after acquiring him. With the Rockets and the Bulls turning away from Anthony, he will have to continue his search for a new team to help extend his NBA career.
