Step 2: Hydrate
Hydration is especially important for a great, glowing skin. Buy a nice water bottle, fill it up, and just drink throughout the day. Keep it with you so you’re never without water, no matter where you are. Skin needs water to stay supple, smooth and hydrated, and the best way is to drink up! The second step to hydration is using body moisturizers or oils to hydrate your skin externally as well.
